Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty also reaches out to an extensive global clientele. Our advertisements are seen in the Wall Street Journal, International Herald Tribune, Country Life, Robb Report, Unique Homes, and more. There are also two publications that are exclusive to Sotheby’s International Realty offices: Preview Magazine, which is sent to the 80,000 auction house clientele and affiliates, and Reside Magazine, which reaches the 80,000 Preview subscribers and another 60,000 select subscribers of select quality magazines. Our in-house Marketing Department also has connections with editors from several local publications for editorial consideration. |
Direct Mail: In addition to postcard mailings, we have gorgeous brochures – these can be sent to each and every Sotheby’s auction house and Sotheby’s International Realty office with the click of a button. This has been a powerful tool for agents listing properties valued at over $1.5 million. Our department has also developed email blast lists of over thousands of agents – we alert the community of new listings, price changes, broker’s open houses and more.
Online Advertising: Online, you will find our homes on over 40 websites, including SothebysRealty.com and LuxuryRealEstate.com (the top two luxury real estate sites), WallStreetJournal.com, IHT.com (International Herald Tribune), NewYorkTimes.com, Realtor.com, Boston.com and Trulia.com, amongst others. And, don’t forget, your own website, along with customized sites that we create for individual properties. Mobile Search: For homebuyers on the road, we have several mobile MLS search solutions. One is a text-to-MLS service that allows buyers to text an address for access to MLS info. Another utilizes the cell phone’s GPS to find the nearest properties for sale. The last service is provided in the form of iPhone applications. Relocation: Separate from marketing, we have a Relocation Department, offering white glove moving services to assist buyers and sellers with moves across the street or around the world.
